The system accepts enquiries from customers and prints quotation for the order. Delivery Order and Proforma Invoices can be printed. On dispatch of material final invoices can be generated. The system prints various reports like pending quotations to be confirmed, pending orders to be dispatched etc. It also prints purchase orders to suppliers and material receipt note from suppliers. Stocks status, stock valuation, item wise dispatches and item wise receipts form other reports of the package.
