This is a Web (Internet) based system that helps Companies / Consultants in the recruitment of professionals. The system includes Vendors (who have Member modules) who are responsible for maintaining the availability and latest resumes of the candidates and companies who have the Pro module. It assists in detailed quantitative comparisons of candidates for easy (side-by-side) evaluation. The system also provides a reporting system for the various skills demanded by Consultants / Companies, the response of various Vendors, etc.
